1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by SERVADRA COMPANY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
We provide structured operational software services and operational support under the Servadra framework, including:
- Servadra Meridian: Enquiry Gate
- Servadra Value Scout: Presales Enquiry
- Servadra Steward: After-sales Desk
- Servadra AI Support Department
- Deployment, onboarding and configuration services
- Operational governance configuration
- System boundary and escalation design
Services are provided within the operational scope agreed between the client organisation and SERVADRA COMPANY LIMITED.
Servadra is a structured operational system that governs customer interaction workflows under deterministic operational rules.
Servadra does not provide legal, financial or professional advice.
3. Operational Boundaries
Servadra operates within predefined governance rules, knowledge boundaries and escalation thresholds.
The system does not:
- exercise autonomous authority
- make binding decisions on behalf of clients
- replace human oversight or organisational responsibility
Final operational responsibility always remains with the client organisation.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate operational information
- define escalation routes and governance boundaries
- review system behaviour where appropriate
- ensure lawful and compliant use of the service
Clients must not upload unlawful, excessive, or sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for Servadra services are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.
Deployment or onboarding fees, where applicable, are separate from recurring subscription fees.
Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of service access.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service availability.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure events, or third-party service outages.
7. Data Ownership and Handling
Client operational data remains the property of the client organisation.
SERVADRA COMPANY LIMITED retains ownership of its system architecture, governance frameworks, operational models, scoring structures and system design.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Upon termination of services, data export and retention procedures will follow the agreed operational exit process.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information with appropriate care and commercial confidentiality.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client during the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
SERVADRA COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, business opportunity or operational interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
Upon termination:
- system access will cease
- data handling will follow agreed retention policies
- any outstanding fees remain payable
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, regulatory actions or force majeure events.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website.
